Abstract
Contemporary organizations face a polycrisis environment characterized by rapid technological disruption, economic volatility, and a fundamental reshaping of the workforce. While existing literature acknowledges the individual importance of Artificial Intelligence (AI), Financial Technology (FinTech), Human Resources (HR) analytics, and general technology (Tec) infrastructure, there is a significant gap in understanding their synergistic interplay. This research paper addresses this gap by leveraging secondary data from reputable international databases (e.g., World Bank, OECD, McKinsey Global Institute) and peer-reviewed meta-analyses to construct a holistic model of organizational resilience. The study employs a quantitative approach, re-analyzing aggregate datasets to test a conceptual framework linking technological adoption, financial agility, and human capital development. The findings reveal a statistically significant mediating effect of HR practices on the relationship between technology adoption and financial performance, underscoring that technology investment alone is insufficient without robust talent strategies. Further, the analysis demonstrates that a synergistic integration of these four pillars (AI, IT, Fin, HR) yields a multiplier effect on resilience, a phenomenon we term the ‘Resilience Quotient.’ The paper concludes with robust recommendations for leaders, advocating for a systemic rather than siloed approach to strategic management, emphasizing continuous learning ecosystems, ethical AI deployment, and dynamic financial planning. This research contributes a validated framework for assessing and enhancing organizational resilience in an era of profound uncertainty.
