Mohan Kumar D1*, Dr. Pankajakshi R2

Abstract

This research paper examines the intricate relationship between brand loyalty and consumer purchasing decisions within contemporary retail environments. Through a systematic analysis of existing empirical evidence, this study investigates how brand loyalty dimensions influence consumer choice behavior and purchase frequency. The findings reveal that brand loyalty significantly predicts purchasing decisions, with emotional attachment and trust emerging as the strongest determinants of repeat purchase behavior. Additionally, the research identifies brand experience and perceived value as crucial mediating variables in the loyalty-purchase relationship. This research contributes to the consumer behavior literature by providing empirical validation of the multidimensional nature of brand loyalty and its differential effects on various purchasing decision types. The findings have important implications for brand managers seeking to develop effective customer retention strategies in increasingly competitive marketplaces.
