Abstract

This study examines how store floor space optimization, product placement, and customer movement influence sales performance and customer experience at Decathlon retail stores. The findings reveal that well-planned layouts and data-driven space management improve customer navigation, increase impulse purchases, and enhance overall retail profitability.
