Abstract
This research paper examines the intricate relationship between digital transformation initiatives and employee learning effectiveness within contemporary organizational contexts. Through a comprehensive secondary data analysis, this study investigates how digital technologies reshape learning paradigms and influence workforce development outcomes. The findings reveal a significant positive correlation between digital transformation maturity and enhanced learning effectiveness, mediated by organizational culture and technological readiness. This research contributes to the growing body of knowledge on digital human resource management by providing empirical evidence on the mechanisms through which digital transformation facilitates improved learning outcomes. The study recommends strategic implementation of digital learning ecosystems, continuous skill development frameworks, and adaptive organizational structures to maximize learning effectiveness in digitally transformed environments.
