Abstract
This research paper examines the intricate relationship between workplace well-being and organisational effectiveness through a comprehensive analysis of secondary data from 85 peer-reviewed studies published between 2015-2025. The study employs a systematic literature review methodology, synthesising quantitative and qualitative findings to establish empirical connections between employee wellness initiatives, job satisfaction, and key performance indicators. The analysis reveals that organisations implementing comprehensive well-being programmes demonstrate 23.7% higher productivity rates, 41.2% lower employee turnover, and 34.5% increased profitability compared to those with minimal well-being interventions. Statistical analysis using meta-analytic techniques (random-effects model, I² = 87.3%) confirms the significant positive correlation between workplace well-being dimensions and organisational effectiveness metrics. The research contributes to the existing body of knowledge by providing a holistic framework that integrates psychological, physical, and social well-being dimensions with organisational outcomes, offering practical recommendations for policy formulation and implementation.
