Influence of Stakeholder Involvement and Instructional Capacity on Teacher Resilience in an Inclusive Learning Environment

Abstract

Low teacher resilience is worrying. The influence of stakeholder involvement and instructional capacity on teacher resilience in an inclusive learning environment was determined. The study employed diagnostic research design. Surveying the totally enumerated 157 teachers, and analyzing the data via multiple linear regression analysis, it was found that the determinants have moderate and significant combined influence on the criterion, partially affirming the Self-Determination Theory. Future research may explore additional variables and conduct exploratory studies to identify potential factors influencing teacher resilience, while school leaders may initiate activities to strengthen instructional capacity and stakeholder involvement to ensure positive teacher resilience.
