Abstract

The Event Management System is a web-based platform designed to simplify and automate the process of organizing, managing, and monitoring events efficiently. Traditional event management methods often involve manual registration, scheduling, communication, and record maintenance, which can lead to errors, delays, and increased operational costs. The proposed system provides an integrated solution for event planning, participant registration, ticket management, scheduling, notifications, and report generation through a centralized digital platform.

The system is developed using modern web technologies with a user-friendly interface that enables administrators and participants to interact efficiently. Administrators can create and manage events, monitor registrations, assign resources, and generate analytical reports, while users can browse events, register online, receive updates, and make secure payments. The implementation of database management ensures secure storage and retrieval of event-related information with improved accuracy and reliability.

The proposed Event Management System enhances communication, reduces paperwork, minimizes human errors, and improves overall event coordination. It also supports scalability for handling multiple events simultaneously and provides real-time access to event information. The system demonstrates significant improvements in efficiency, transparency, and user satisfaction compared to traditional event management approaches. This project can be effectively utilized in educational institutions, corporate organizations, conferences, seminars, and social events for streamlined event operations.
