Abstract

This study analyzes the logistics operations and supply chain management practices at Datalogics India Pvt Ltd to evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of its supply chain processes. The research focuses on key areas such as procurement, inventory management, transportation, warehousing, and distribution. Using both primary and secondary data, the study examines performance indicators including lead time, inventory turnover, and order fulfillment efficiency. The findings highlight the importance of technology adoption, effective coordination, and integrated supply chain practices in improving operational performance, reducing costs, and enhancing customer satisfaction. The study also provides recommendations for strengthening logistics strategies and achieving sustainable organizational growth.
