A Study on Logistics Performance and Freight Forwarding Effectiveness

Abstract

Logistics and freight forwarding play an important role in supporting international trade and supply chain management. Efficient logistics operations help organizations ensure timely delivery, reduce operational costs, improve customer satisfaction, and maintain competitiveness in the global market. This article focuses on evaluating logistics performance and freight forwarding effectiveness in SEU Worldwide Logistics Private Limited. The study examines operational efficiency, delivery performance, shipment tracking, customs clearance, communication systems, and customer satisfaction. Primary data was collected through questionnaires from employees and customers, while secondary data was gathered from company records and literature sources. Statistical tools such as percentage analysis, chi-square test, and regression analysis were used for interpretation. The findings reveal that effective logistics operations significantly improve customer satisfaction and operational performance.
