Abstract
Logistics and supply chain management are critical functions in global trade, enabling organisations to move goods efficiently across borders. In shipping and freight forwarding organisations, documentation accuracy and shipment reliability are particularly important because paperwork forms the core operational activity. Efficient documentation practices help organisations reduce transit time, avoid customs penalties, and create a positive impression among clients. The present study titled “An Analysis of Documentation Errors and Their Impact on Shipment Delays” aims to evaluate the effectiveness of administrative processes and assess the level of shipment delays caused by documentation errors.
