Abstract
A Research Study on Creating Manager Replacement System through Automation Essay Management is the backbone of any organization and today with advanced technology the work of management can be automated for better accuracy and smooth functioning. The following paper is a study conducted by the author to create Manager Replacement System using Viasocket, Embed technology along with Model Context Protocol (MCP). Automate workflow of assigning tasks to respective employees, tracking work flow, report generation, decision making etc. Which are regular functions of a manager.
This automation engine along with embed technology and MCP which provides context to the decision engine will allow the system to mimic the process of a manager. Special focus has been laid on not using any hard-coded rules. The system can be embedded in any platform as required.
It is concluded from the study that with the help of an automated system working of an organization can be made faster, economical and less prone to human error. There will be less dependency on humans for work which can be completely scaled up.
