Abstract
Training and development practices play an important role in improving employee performance, organizational productivity, and workplace efficiency. Organizations focus on continuous learning to improve innovation, adaptability, and employee performance. This study examines the effectiveness of training and development practices followed in organizations and their impact on employee satisfaction, motivation, productivity, and organizational success. The study also highlights the benefits, challenges, and recommendations for improving training systems. Training has become an essential strategy for organizations to survive in the modern competitive environment. Employees require continuous learning opportunities to improve technical knowledge, communication skills, leadership qualities, and professional competence. Effective development activities help organizations create a skilled workforce capable of achieving long-term business objectives.
