A Study on Export – Import Operations and Freight Management at SEU Worldwide Logistics Pvt Ltd

Abstract

This study titled “A Study on Export–Import Operations and Freight Management at SEU Worldwide Logistics Pvt Ltd” focuses on analysing logistics practices, freight coordination, customs procedures, and documentation management involved in international trade operations. The research evaluates operational efficiency, shipment handling processes, customer satisfaction, and freight cost management. Primary data was collected through structured questionnaires from employees, while secondary data was obtained from company records, journals, and websites.

The findings reveal that the company follows systematic logistics practices with strong shipment coordination and customer service support. However, challenges such as documentation delays, customs clearance issues, and freight cost fluctuations require attention. The study suggests digital automation, better communication systems, and operational monitoring to improve performance and customer satisfaction.
