Abstract

Workforce planning in the IT sector has become increasingly complicated owing to the complex nature of managing people in organizations. This is especially true for firms operating in technological clusters such as East Bangalore, where problems like high turnover rates, rapid shifts in skills, and changing project requirements are encountered. With regard to this, developments in technology such as AI and digital twins offer latent solutions.

The main objectives of this study include appraising the competence of AI-driven Digital Twin models in ornamental the effectiveness of decisions in HR prediction in the IT industry. This includes examining whether the use of AI-driven digital twins can enhance HR decision- making, such as influential skill gaps and resource allocation. Additionally, the extent of employees’ understanding of the idea of a digital twin in HR management is another objective of this research.

This research uses primary data collected through the administration of a structured questionnaire to 100 workers of IT firms in East Bangalore. It was analysed through basic statistical techniques, including percentages. The objective of this research is to examine the opinions of workers regarding the application and productivity of digital twins and artificial intelligence in HR management.

The findings will throw some light on the responsiveness of digital twins and the perceived benefits that come with its implementation in HR strategies. The role of AI-based tools in increasing decision-making accuracy through scenario analysis is also highlighted.

Nevertheless, the study is considered by a small sample size, a limited timeframe, and geographical bias.

All things measured, this study advances knowledge of how cutting-edge technology might be incorporated into HR procedures to boost productivity and enable improved staff planning in the IT industry.
