A Study on Customer Satisfaction and Service Quality at Raj Gas Agency

Abstract

This study examines customer satisfaction and service quality at Raj Gas Agency, an authorized LPG distributor operating under Indian Oil Corporation Limited through the Indane LPG brand. The research evaluates factors influencing customer satisfaction such as delivery efficiency, booking convenience, staff behavior, safety awareness, and complaint handling. Data was collected from LPG consumers using structured question- naires and analyzed to understand customer perceptions. The findings highlight strengths in the service system and identify areas for improvement to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
