Review Article on Hair Oil by Using Onion

Abstract
Onion (Allium cape L.) is one of the most widely cultivated vegetable crops globally and an essential component of cuisines, traditional medicine, and food industries. Belonging to the family Amaryllidaceae, onions possess rich nutritional value, bioactive compounds, and strong antioxidant, antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory, and anticancer properties. Summarizes the botanical characteristics, phytochemical composition, cultivation practices, post-harvest handling, pharmacological activities, health benefits, industrial applications, and economic importance of onions.
