Impact of Green Transformation Leadership and Green Intellectual Capital on Environment Performance of SMEs in HCM City

Abstract

This study examines the relationships between green transformational leadership, green intellectual capital, and environmental performance in small and medium sized enterprises in Ho Chi Minh City based on data collected from 123 respondents. The results show that green transformational leadership has a positive effect on green intellectual capital. Green intellectual capital also has a positive impact on environmental performance. In addition, green intellectual capital plays a mediating role in the relationship between green transformational leadership and environmental performance.
