Mental and Behavioural Awareness in the Age of Artificial Intelligence

Abstract
A house patient is someone more independent and definitely in the best condition to have their solo attempt in making their own decision and other calculative measures for their health indicators. They also have self-practical training in adapting to the changes in an environment full of sociable and left-out treatment options in coping and reverse psychology to have a better environment in assisting them to stay focused and their task output. To erase their waste of memories by holding up their setbacks for behavioural planning to lessen their meeting in their circle. The circular and binding nature of networks makes them even more congested and uneven in their productivity and job performance. Hence, self-adjustment in their daily activity and their approach towards the sustainability of growth and development. This study uses a narrative review of consciousness and the divine words that describe the artificial intelligence world. The mental ability that encompasses more approaches of using behavioural therapies and other psychohypnotherapy for the calming effect on relaxing techniques amid the pandemic of the century. In conclusion, there is more than an uptake for the mental challenge to face different environmental and working groups to accommodate the different mechanisms and biological warnings.
