Abstract

In the fiercely competitive and rapidly changing business environment of today, brand loyalty has become an indispensable strategic asset for companies aiming for long-term growth and market stability. A positive user experience will provide them with newness as the experience economy era dawns, the marketing landscape shifts, and the psychological needs of consumers evolve. In order to advance product values and enhance brand loyalty and trust, this paper examines the relationship between product brand image, brand trust, and brand loyalty based on user experience. This is especially evident in the Indian market, where consumer preferences are not only diverse and ever-changing but also shaped by cultural, emotional, and technological influences. This research seeks to explore the main factors that influence brand loyalty among Indian consumers and analyze how brand scanning contributes to the formation of long-lasting connections in a complex market. Important aspects like emotional attachment, trust, perceived value, customer satisfaction, and digital interaction are thoroughly examined. This paper draws upon secondary data sources and existing research studies to provide a comprehensive understanding of the changing trends in consumer behaviour and the development of brand loyalty in India. The results offer practical guidance for marketers seeking to establish meaningful connections with Indian consumers in a rapidly evolving digital landscape that values cultural sensitivity.
