Exploration and Practice of a Multi-Track Talent Cultivation Model for the Industrial Robotics Specialty

Lei Zhou1*

Abstract

With the rapid development of the intelligent manufacturing industry, the demand for talent in the field of industrial robotics has become increasingly diversified. To address issues such as unclear objectives, an irrational curriculum system, and weak practical teaching in traditional talent cultivation models for industrial robotics, this paper explores and implements a multi-track talent cultivation model. By defining clear objectives for each track, constructing a modular curriculum system, enhancing the practical teaching platform, and strengthening industry-academia collaboration, this model has effectively improved students’ employability and teaching quality while promoting the integration of industry and education. Additionally, this paper identifies challenges in implementation, such as uneven resource allocation and lagging course updates, and proposes future optimization directions, offering valuable insights for cultivating talent in the industrial robotics specialty.
