Dr. M. Saravanan1 and Vijay N2*

Abstract

This study examines the satisfaction levels of exporters regarding the performance of third-party logistics (3PL) providers in the Tirupur district, a prominent hub for textile and garment exports in India. With increasing globalization and competitive market dynamics, efficient logistics have become crucial for timely delivery and customer satisfaction. The research aims to assess key performance indicators such as reliability, cost-effectiveness, timeliness, technology adoption, and customer service offered by 3PL providers. Data was collected from exporters through structured questionnaires and analyzed to understand the strengths and gaps in 3PL services. The findings provide valuable insights for logistics firms to enhance their service quality and for exporters to make informed decisions in selecting their logistics partners.
