Abstract

This research explores the integration of modern technology in the skill development of archery players, with a focus on the influence of calmness and psychological stability on performance. Archery, a sport heavily reliant on precision, concentration, and mental control, has embraced technological advancements that include video analytics, biomechanical sensors, virtual reality, and mental training applications. These innovations are not only refining technical abilities but also providing quantitative feedback to cultivate the mental composure critical to successful execution. Through a synthesis of studies and practical cases, this paper discusses the dual pathway through which technology contributes to physical performance and psychological resilience, ultimately enhancing an archer’s ability to perform consistently under pressure.
