A Review on Chromatographic Techniques Analysis

Abstract
Chromatographic techniques are fundamental tools in analytical chemistry, offering a broad range of applications for separating, identifying, and purifying chemical compounds. Methods such as liquid chromatography (LC), gas chromatography (GC), and thin-layer chromatography (TLC) rely on the principle of differential distribution between a stationary phase and a mobile phase. The choice of technique depends on factors like the sample’s characteristics, the complexity of the mixture, and the level of sensitivity required. These methods find widespread use in industries such as pharmaceuticals, environmental monitoring, forensics, and food analysis, demonstrating their significant role in quality control, research, and diagnostics. As technology advances, chromatographic techniques continue to improve in terms of efficiency, accuracy, and flexibility, enabling more precise results with less sample preparation. As a result, chromatography remains a key component of modern chemical analysis, with its relevance continuing to grow in both research and industrial settings.
