Abstract
This study investigates the transformative role of automation technologies in managing international financial projects, with particular emphasis on risk management and compliance frameworks. Through a comprehensive analysis of contemporary literature and industry practices, this research examines how artificial intelligence, machine learning, blockchain technology, and regulatory technology (RegTech) are revolutionizing traditional financial project management approaches. The findings reveal significant improvements in financial reporting accuracy, real-time risk detection, and regulatory compliance efficiency, while identifying key implementation challenges including technological complexity, regulatory uncertainty, and organizational resistance. This analysis provides critical insights for financial institutions, project managers, and policymakers navigating the evolving landscape of automated financial project management.
