Abstract

Pharmaceutical formulations play a critical role in determining the effectiveness, safety, and patient adherence to medications. A well-crafted formulation ensures that the active ingredient is delivered to the target area in the proper dose, at the appropriate time, and for the desired duration, all while reducing potential side effects. The importance of pharmaceutical formulations extends across various scientific fields such as chemistry, biology, engineering, and medicine, with these disciplines collaborating to produce safe and effective therapeutic products.
