Microbial and Breathing Architecture in the Case of Addis Ababa

Abstract
The whole world is facing a real danger and an ongoing problem that already started decades ago, but yet still increasing, This problem is “Global warming” associated with the rise in Earth’s temperature which comes with a list of harmful consequences on our beautiful planet. So, the problem created by architecture should solved by architecture. Architecture is the art that goes back to the origin of nature itself, the root meaning of the word architecture is the Greek word meaning implies the creation from the origin of nature by putting things together in a way that expresses an understanding of nature. Nature has been on earth for around 3.8 billion years All of her creation is carefully articulated to fit in their existing. This paper explored the microbe world and architecture especially microalgae which are based on integrating microalgae into the building environment and their characteristics. By using microalgae, we can achieve sustainability. Microalgae reduce carbon dioxide in the atmosphere and decompose carbon dioxide by using the photosynthesis mechanism. Microorganisms have a great advantage in collecting carbon dioxide If we link the microbe world to architecture it will give a better result to reduce carbon dioxide emission, and clean the indoor and outdoor atmosphere.
